Aurelio Agliata

As a young, experienced producer and director, Aurelio has already realized several successful, award-winning film projects. His main focus is on realizing first-class films and using high-class elements. His main focus lays on the quality of the films and the use of the latest techniques to achieve and satisfy his high quality standard.
In the course of his career, he has had the opportunity to work with many great personalities in the film industry.
Aurelio graduated in Business Management and after graduation specialised in advising entrepreneurs and setting up new businesses.
At the age of 26, Aurelio attended a Film Academy in Spain, graduating as a certified director. In 2008, he initiated the "Creative Film Pool" in Berlin. In 2009 he founded the film production company "Papanova Film".
By the end of 2020, Aurelio has completed numerous film projects both as a producer as well as a director (see filmography).

Daniel Frommel
Finance Director
Daniel showed himself to be very tech-savvy at a young age. With more than 25 years of professional experience in a global IT company as an enterprise architect and project manager, he brings extensive know-how in the field of IT, telecommunications and new media. Therefore, with the establishment and further development of the company, more and more modern IT will be used.
Through his many years of experience as a project manager, Daniel knows how to implement projects worth millions and, above all, how to use the associated budgets in a targeted manner.
He began his entry into the film industry in 2016 by participating in various lucrative film productions as an executive producer. After enjoying this industry, he founded CEROS MEDIA GROUP together with his wife and the director Aurelio Agliata.

Ulrike Frommel

Ulrike worked for many years in a global company as a project manager and was responsible for numerous large international projects.
Her success consisted of successfully completing all her projects within the estimated time and budget. The basis for this was her realistic calculations and the feasible schedules she was able to keep.
Since the production of movies and TV series are also considered as large-scale projects with many participants, this knowhow is a valuable asset for us. With Ulrike, we have someone on board who ensures that our multi-million dollar projects stay on budget and on schedule. She also takes care of the coordination of the various parties involved.
At the same time, she and her husband Daniel have built up a successful marketing and multimedia agency that serves us well in the area of merchandising.

Aggelos is a key member of our team and brings high quality and determined values to our company through his years of experience in the media, project and finance industries.
Aggelos has been a successful chief production manager in the film industry since 2005 and over the years has actively contributed to the creative realization of first-class, financially interesting movies.
With values such as determination, goal orientation and implementation power, Aggelos is a guarantor for the optimal realization of extensive film projects.
He maintains an international network of high-quality relationships in both the film and financial sectors.
Before Aggelos discovered the film industry as his great passion, he worked successfully as a financing officer and project manager for globally active companies in the financial and business world.

Athanasios Maniatis
Production Development Manager
As a young but already very experienced project manager, Athanasios provides a stable basis for our productions. He focuses on the areas of structural and creative development of ideas and strategic planning and direction of the same.
With strengths such as decision-making, determination and team spirit, Athanasios is a dynamic member of the CEROS MEDIA GROUP. Athanasios has been working in the film industry since 2008, during which time he has contributed to producing high quality and international films and series.
Before finally turning his great passion for film into a profession, Athanasios worked in the management of a large German company and later in venture capital.

Roberto Bessi
Creative Producer International Production
Born into a family of filmmakers, Roberto Bessi begins his professional career as a producer after a Master's degree in Communication at Pro Deo University (now LUISS Guido Carli) and further studies at the University of London.
Known for his organizational and leadership skills, for his creativity, for the application of innovative solutions and for his ability to solve production challenges, he is a point of reference for high-level film productions.
Based in Los Angeles for many years, Roberto has worked on numerous Italian productions in the US, such as line producer for LADYHAWK (directed by Richard Donner, with Michelle Pfeiffer).
He then became Managing Director of Empire Studios in Rome (formerly Dino De Laurentis Studios), where he realized the production of various international genre films, such as DOLLS, TROLL and many others.
We are delighted to have Roberto as Production Executive in our team.

Angelisa Castronovo

Angelisa is a lawyer specialising in intellectual property, copyright and entertainment rights and related contracts. She advises us on the drafting of contracts with producers, investors, artists and other partners used in our film productions.
In 2013, Angelisa obtained the European Trademark and Design Consultant qualification from the Italian Ministry of Economic Development.
In 2018, she founded WellSee, a film and audio-visual production company that also deals with brand reputation and fundraising.
Angelisa is also a lecturer in Film Production and Copyright at the Free University of Cinema in Rome and in several Master courses organised by the unique “24Ore Business School”, and collaborates with Altalex as tutor of the Master courses in "Entertainment Law", "Copyright" and "International Contracts".

Sarah Bruccoleri

Sarah supports the CEROS MEDIA GROUP in quality management in the field of Public Relations and Human Resources.
After studying economics at the University of Trier, she worked for one of the world's most renowned Swiss private banks in Luxembourg. She was active in “corporate action” for seven different international stock exchanges. Her tasks ranged from international financial transactions to dividend distribution for shareholders of globally listed companies.
In addition, Sarah successfully graduated in Business Administration from the University of Luxembourg in 2013.
Since 2014, she has been managing a flourishing company with numerous employees in Luxembourg as the main manager.

Paul Yates
Sales Consultant International Markets
Paul was National Communications Officer in Scotland before working as Acquisitions Coordinator at DevilWorks. He has many years of experience in the film market and has attended EFM, Cannes & AFM.
He is a specialist in the entire value chain of the film industry and has a large, international network of contacts.
Paul Yates has a BA degree from Robert Gordons University in Photographic and Electronic Media, completed the Directors Course in Motion Picture Production at Brighton Film School and attended a course in Film Economics at Ealing Studios.
Paul will support us in the international marketing of our film productions and ensures a worldwide distribution.
